Which Countries/Regions do you sell/ship your products?
We sell/ship our products within the United Kingdom only (excluding Northern Ireland).
We are unable to sell/ship to Northern Ireland indefinitely due to recent changes in selling laws.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
How long will it take to print & dispatch my order?
It takes us between 1-2 business days to process & dispatch your order, this is true regardless of how many cards you have ordered. On most occasions, you will find your order is dispatched within 1 working day when ordered before 11am. Although during particularly busy periods, this may increase to the 2 day limit. If any further temporary changes are made to our dispatch times, you will be able to find this on the banner at the top of our home page. You will receive an email notification from us letting you know your order has been dispatched.
What is your Standard Shipping method?
Our Free Standard Shipping is sent via Royal Mail Second Class Standard. This service is estimated at 2-4 business days (after dispatch, which takes 1-2 business days) delivery can sometimes take a little longer at the moment. Please allow 10 business days (after dispatch) before you contact us to advise you have not received your order when sent via this postage option.
Can I Upgrade Shipping at Checkout?
There is the option to upgrade to Express Delivery at checkout for a flat rate fee of £3.50. The Express Delivery Option is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service is estimated at 1-2 business days (after dispatch, which takes 1-2 business days) delivery can sometimes take a little longer on occasions. Please allow 5 business days (after dispatch) before you contact us to advise you have not received your order when sent via this postage option.
Can I change anything on the front of a card?
It may be possible to change the wording of a card front. For example if you wanted a different age or relationship that's not listed or to slightly amend some other wording; please contact us at info@OliverRoseDesigns.co.uk to discuss your idea. It is not possible to change a font, image, graphic or colour.
What size are the cards?
We currently offer 2 sizes of Printed Cards. Our standard cards are approx 5.8” x 5.8” square. Our larger A5 cards are approx 5.8” x 8.3”. Our handmade cards vary in size, all sizes are shown on each product page & photo's.
How thick are the cards?
The cards are printed on 350gsm smooth white uncoated card stock. It is a great quality card base that our customers have been very happy with and has a luxurious look and feel.
Do the cards have real glitter or foil on them?
No. Although all our cards look extremely realistic, no real glitter or foil is used. The effect is all gained using a high quality printers. The only exception to this is handmade cards, when specified.
Can a message be printed inside &/or send Direct to Recipient?
Yes! We now offer this as an option on most listings on the Website (but not all). You will find this in the green box marked "Customise Your Card" You will incur an extra charge for some options.
How are the cards packaged?
Each card alongside its plain envelope will be placed in its own paper bag (for a bit of extra protection during transit). They are then enclosed within a brown, board backed envelope (to protect against potential bending during transit). If you order 3 or more cards in one transaction, they may be posted to you in a box that conveniently fits through any standard sized letter box.Note: If you choose to deliver the card direct to the recipient, we will seal the card in it's own individual envelope ready to be opened by them.
Can you combine postage if I place two separate orders?
Once you have checked out, it is not possible for us to combine postage of separate orders unless the original order has not been processed yet. If you place more than one order close together and we notice this, we will combine shipping where possible.
I forgot to add my discount code, can I add it after?
No, unfortunately we cannot add any discount codes to an order once it has been placed. You will need to make sure you enter the code into the discount code box before you purchase to qualify.
Can I cancel an order before it ships and receive a full refund?
You may cancel an order within 1 hour after ordering, if the item hasn't been printed you may be able to cancel the order after the initial 1 hour. Contact Us via email to find out: info@OliverRoseDesigns.co.uk
