Cancellations
Our cards are printed to order with the majority including personalisation and we process orders quickly to meet the 1 business day dispatch. Because of this, we can only accept cancellations for a very limited time. After this time, your card may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Please note: If your order cannot be cancelled, it may still be eligible under our Returns Policy (if all requirements are met) simply wait for it to arrive and request a return (non-personalised cards only).
To request a cancellation or check your order progress, please email info@oliverrosedesigns.co.uk within 1 hour or as soon as possible depending on when you placed the order, quoting your order number and contacting us from the email address used to place the order.
If a cancellation refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for non-personalised items only.
To request a return, you must:
· Notify us within 60 days of delivery, and
· Return the item within 15 days of notifying us, and
· Email us at info@oliverrosedesigns.co.uk, quoting your order number and contacting us from the same email used to place the order.
Items must be:
· In original, unused condition, and
· Complete with any envelopes, tags or labels
· Ideally returned in the original packaging for protection during transit
If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover any loss in value.
We do not cover return postage costs. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
We will respond to return requests within 24 hours in most cases.
We do not accept direct exchanges.

Refunds
Once a cancellation or return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Refunds are issued in GBP (£).
Currency Conversion (US/AU Customers)
All refunds are issued in GBP (£) for the original price paid at the time of purchase. Please note that due to fluctuations in local currency exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund, the amount you receive may differ slightly from the amount you originally paid in your local currency. Any differences are the result of your payment provider’s conversion rates and fees. We do not convert or adjust refunds based on your current local exchange rate.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is:
· Damaged
· Incorrect
· Has a personalisation error caused by us
Email us at info@oliverrosedesigns.co.uk within 60 days of delivery, quoting your order number and contacting us from the email address used to place the order.
We kindly ask that you provide clear photographic evidence of any damage or mistake so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We’ll put things right by sending a correct replacement at no extra cost to you.
If the item is time-sensitive (e.g. needed for a specific date or occasion) and there isn’t enough time to send a replacement, we will issue a full refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personalised items (e.g. names, dates, personal messages printed inside)
- Special custom orders
- Digital downloads
Please note: Items with only a relation or age (e.g. “Nephew” or “6th Birthday”) do not count as personalised and can be returned if otherwise eligible.
